At MrWoofs, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products that help keep your pet happy and protected. We stand by the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at Hello@MrWoofs.com for assistance.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will have entered processing, and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
- If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

We believe in our product’s ability to help protect your pet, and we encourage you to give it a minimum of 14 days to experience the full benefits. However, if after this period you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your purchase.

Damaged Items Policy
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.

- Functional defects that affect product use.

- Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented box) that does not affect product quality.
- Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend the order.
- If we are notified within 24 hours of purchase, we will make every effort to update the address before shipping.
