At MrWoofs, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders! We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so your pet can enjoy their new product without delay. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to do if you need assistance.


Order Processing Times

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.

  • During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to high order volume.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Below are the estimated delivery times after dispatch:

📍 Canada: 7-12 business days
📍 United Kingdom: 6-10 business days

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • If your address is incorrect and you do not notify us within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
  • If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is lost or stolen. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed to the courier, MrWoofs is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

2️⃣ Check with neighbors or household members to see if they received the package.
3️⃣ Contact the courier service to report the lost package and file a claim.

  • Lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and the courier’s response.
